Galaxy Transfers
Not active in production. The rules below describe the implemented, separately enabled preview. Switching galaxies in the menu does not transfer assets.
In an enabled preview, open the G1/G2 menu → Galaxy Transfers to send ships and resources to your own worlds in a lower-numbered galaxy. They have a separate screen and use no fleet or mission slots.
For example, G3 can send to your G2 or G1 empire. G1 cannot send to G2 or G3. These are the galaxy numbers in the corner menu, not the coordinates of a world. You must already own the receiving planet or moon on the same account.
| Mission | Delivery | What happens to the ships? |
|---|---|---|
| Deploy | 24 hours | Ships and any cargo stay at the destination. |
| Transport | 24 hours | Cargo unloads; the original ships return empty after another 24 hours. |
Launches are final and cannot be recalled. Research and boosts do not shorten either leg. Transport ships cannot collect resources or additional ships for their return. That empty return is the only upward trip.
Launch costs
Both missions charge the departure world:
- 100 Fuel Cells per 1,000,000 ship value, calculated proportionally and rounded up to a whole cell. Ship value is the fleet's base metal + crystal + deuterium construction cost; cargo does not increase this value.
- Deuterium for a 10-system flight at full speed, calculated for your chosen ships and departure empire. Actual destination distance does not change it.
Fuel Cells are the game's stored energy cells. A fleet worth 500,000 costs 50 Fuel Cells; a fleet worth 1,005,000 costs 101. Both costs are charged once at launch, including a transport's return. Keep enough resources for cargo plus the charge. Flight deuterium occupies cargo space; cells used for the transfer are consumed at launch.
Sending a transfer
- Select the departure world in the higher galaxy.
- Open Galaxy Transfers, then choose an owned lower-galaxy world.
- Choose Deploy or Transport and enter your ships and cargo.
- Review the cost, destination and contents.
- Confirm that the launch is final, then launch.
Selecting a ship or cargo quantity field clears its previous value so you can type a new amount. Leaving it empty resets it to zero. Leading zeros are removed as you type.
If a launch fails validation, the form keeps your entered amounts and explains what needs correcting. Review the transfer again after making your changes.
Metal, crystal, deuterium and Fuel Cells can be cargo. Satellites cannot be transferred. You can see your transfer history from any of your galaxies. Arrival and return times are displayed in UTC.
Active transfers also appear in Fleet Movements on desktop and mobile, from any of your galaxies. Each entry shows its G-number route and a countdown; open its fleet details to see the ships and cargo. Transport return legs are marked returns empty and show zero cargo. Completed transfers leave this list and remain in Galaxy Transfers history. These entries have no recall action and still use no fleet slots.
You cannot abandon a world used by an active transfer. If a world becomes unavailable, its transfer stays pending for recovery; assets are not handed to another player.
