Material Physics reduces the resource price. Use the construction screen for the modified quote and timer.
Use and limitations
You may build one per station, alongside one Small Shield Dome. It does not shield every other unit or make the station immune to raids. Construction requires Shipyard 6, not Mobile Shield Technology 6.
