Buildings
Buildings develop the selected station. Mines use the physical planet's position and temperature; their output and storage belong to your station, not to every other station at that location.
Production and power
| Building | Purpose |
|---|---|
| Metal Mine | Metal production; favors moderate temperatures |
| Crystal Mine | Crystal production; favors hot inner positions |
| Deuterium Synthesizer | Fuel for fleets, factories and generators; favors cold outer positions |
| Solar Plant | Live grid energy without fuel consumption |
| Energy Cell Factory | Converts Deuterium into stored Fuel Cells, not grid power |
| Deuterium Power Plant | Burns Deuterium to supply live grid power |
| Quantum Datacenter (3.0.5) | Hourly Credit production while consuming Fuel Cells and Deuterium; adjustable in Resource Settings and improved by Quantum research |
Storage
Metal Storage, Crystal Storage and Deuterium Tank expand their respective resource capacity. Ordinary station capacity includes the 25,000 baseline and the storage curve even at level 0; research can increase it further. A full store blocks additional mine production of that resource.
Construction
Select a building to inspect the next level, requirements, resource and Credit quote, and completion time. Selecting a tile alone does not start construction. Completed prerequisite levels matter; queued levels do not give their benefits early.
Base upgrade prices grow by the factor listed on each building page. Material Physics reduces costs. Robotics Factory and Nanite Factory improve local construction speed, while applicable research and galaxy speed modify timers. Facilities explains those support buildings. Research itself uses RP, earned from physical labs and station base income.
Plan energy and storage alongside mines. Improve the current bottleneck rather than following a fixed mine-level ratio.
