Delete Your Account

Account deletion is permanent and covers every galaxy, not only the empire you are currently viewing. If you only need a break, consider Isolation Mode instead.

Request deletion

  1. Open Options, then Extended, and select Delete Account in the Danger Zone. On mobile, you can also use the direct Delete Account link in account navigation.
  2. Review the warning on the account deletion page.
  3. Enter your current account password and confirm that you want to delete your account across all galaxies.
  4. Select Permanently delete my account.

Opening the page does not delete anything. Use Cancel to leave without submitting. You cannot submit an account deletion request while impersonating another player.

What is deleted?

Deletion includes your account, galaxy empires, stations, fleets, research, messages, shared posts, remaining G and G transaction history. Your progress and G cannot be restored.

After confirmation

An accepted request signs you out and ends account access. Deletion requested confirms acceptance, not completed erasure. We will complete our review and delete your account and associated data within 10 business days of your request, except records we are legally required to retain. Use your private receipt to check progress and view confirmation when deletion is complete. No further action is required.

Save the private receipt shown after confirmation. Use Check deletion status to see whether reconciliation, cleanup or a retry is pending. Only Deletion completed confirms that cleanup succeeded. Your receipt stays valid while pending and expires seven days after completion. Keep it private; never include it in a URL. An expired or unknown receipt is not proof of completion.

If the page reports that it could not confirm your request, it is not a completion confirmation. Follow the error shown and try again.

Subscriptions

Real-money G checkout and paid G subscriptions are not implemented. If you separately arranged a contribution through an external provider, manage that agreement with the provider; deleting your game account is not a provider cancellation. A complimentary monthly G award ends when the account is deleted.
