This notice explains how MWarfare, operated as Glassow LLC, handles information in its website, game universes and app access to the game. For questions or requests about your information, use Contact Support. You can read this notice and contact support without an account.

Information you provide and how we use it

• Account and sign-in: Email address, username, password, account identifiers, linked universe identities and authentication/recovery records let us create and secure your account, sign you in, recover access and connect your empires. Local passwords are stored as hashes. Where portal sign-in uses Amazon Cognito, credentials are sent to that authentication service.
• Gameplay: Planets, fleets, research, resources, transactions, rankings, alliances and activity are linked to your account to operate the game, resolve actions and disputes, and maintain fair play.
• Communications: We process chat, private messages, alliance content, issue reports, comments and uploaded issue images to provide those features and investigate abuse or technical problems. Usernames, rankings and public game activity are visible to other players. Chat and messages are visible to their intended channels or recipients; public issue reports and comments are not private support correspondence. Do not post information you want to keep private.
• Support: The public support form sends your contact email, in-game username and description to the support team through our mail service. We use them to investigate and reply. Submission confirmation means the mail service accepted the message for sending; it does not guarantee inbox delivery. Support correspondence can remain in mail systems and replies. Do not send passwords, full payment details or private deletion receipts.

Information collected when you use the service

Our servers receive network and request information such as IP addresses, browser/device user-agent information and request paths. Login and session records, application logs and administrative records support authentication, security, abuse prevention, diagnostics and service operation. Operational logs and database backups can also contain account information.

Cookies and browser storage maintain sessions, protect forms against forgery, remember preferences and support the installed web experience. Removing cookies can sign you out or reset preferences. Game coordinates describe locations in the game, not your physical location. The current game does not request access to device contacts, health records, precise device location, camera or microphone.

Campaign measurement and optional integrations

The landing page records campaign parameters, landing and referring URLs, a marketing visitor identifier, and keyed hashes of IP and browser information to understand visits and interest in the game. These records can be associated with portal profile activity. The marketing visitor cookie is separate from the login session; hashed identifiers should not be treated as anonymous information.

When configured, Meta Pixel on marketing pages sends page-view events and browser/network information to Meta for advertising measurement. A registration acknowledgment does not grant permission for advertising tracking. Browser cookie controls can restrict storage but do not by themselves stop every server-side record or external request.

When the Discord relay is enabled, global chat messages, player display names, alliance tags and universe information are relayed to Discord. This relay is for global chat, not private or alliance messages. Copies already relayed may remain outside the game.

When AI chat is enabled, messages used in automated-character conversations, sender display names, channel information and relevant game/persona context can be sent to OpenAI to generate decisions and replies. Avoid sending sensitive personal information in these conversations. Reading or acknowledging this notice is not permission for optional sharing with third-party AI.

When issue wording assistance is enabled, you may separately choose the initially unchecked Claude (Anthropic) sharing option for a new report. Only the report title and public description are sent to Anthropic to propose clearer wording; account identifiers and private descriptions are omitted. Obvious credentials, email addresses, IP addresses and links are removed before sending, but automatic redaction cannot detect every personal detail. Leave the option unchecked to submit without this sharing. Originals and proposals are retained for administrator review; an explicitly enabled automatic mode can apply the proposed text without granting moderation approval. Disabling assistance or editing a report cannot recall a request already sent. This optional integration is disabled by default.

Who receives information

Authorized administrators and support staff use information to operate, secure and support MWarfare. Infrastructure providers process hosted databases, files, logs and backups; configured identity and email providers process authentication and messages. Amazon Web Services integrations include Cognito, DynamoDB and S3 where enabled. Meta, Discord, OpenAI and Anthropic receive the information described above when their integrations are active and any required separate permission is given.

Some game pages also load fonts or scripts from Google Fonts, Cloudflare/CDNJS, jsDelivr and jQuery content services. Those services receive browser/network request information when delivering these resources.

If you choose an external Stripe or PayPal payment feature, that provider processes payment information under its own privacy notice. Payment widgets can communicate with the provider when loaded. Do not enter payment-card details in game chat or support. External services have their own handling and retention practices; this notice does not promise that deleting a game account automatically removes every external copy.

Retention and account deletion

Account and gameplay records persist to provide the ongoing game. Support mail, security records, logs, backups and external copies have separate lifecycles; there is no single published automatic expiry covering all of them. Contact support about specific retained information. We do not promise immediate deletion or a universal retention period.

You can initiate whole-account deletion from Options → Extended → Delete account, or the account controls on mobile, and the account deletion page. This covers every galaxy. Review the warning and confirm using your current password. Acceptance ends account access and signs you out; acceptance is not completed erasure.

We will complete our review and delete your account and associated data within 10 business days of your request, except records we are legally required to retain. Historical copies require manual review. Use your private receipt to check deletion status. Only “Deletion completed” confirms completion. Pending receipts remain valid; completed receipts expire seven days after completion. Keep the receipt private and never put it in a URL. An unknown or expired receipt is not proof of deletion.

Your choices and privacy requests

You can review available account settings, correct information there, stop posting optional content, and use browser controls for cookies and local storage. Use Contact Support to request access, correction or deletion of personal information, raise a concern about a child's information, or ask to withdraw permission for optional processing where you have given it. Tell us which information or integration your request concerns. We may need to verify account ownership before acting. Withdrawal does not undo information already shared; contact us about existing copies.

The required registration checkbox only acknowledges that you have read this notice. It does not subscribe you to marketing, authorize tracking, grant optional AI-sharing permission or waive your privacy rights. Permissions required for optional processing must be handled separately.
